Shipping Policy
Domestic orders only.
All Concentrate and Frozen Fruit orders are shipped in coolers via UPS Ground. Temperature-sensitive orders will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure shipments aren’t held at a shipping terminal over the weekend.
All Powder and Capsule orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

We accept payment via all major credit cards.
Return Policy
Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.regenfood.co and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
Please note we do not accept returns for frozen and refrigerated products.
New, unopened items that were purchased through www.regenfood.co can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
